By accessing and using Nordix IPTV services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Nordix provides IPTV streaming services that allow users to access live television channels, on-demand content, and other multimedia services through internet connections. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

All subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you select. There are no refunds for partial months or unused service periods. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with notice.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not: (a) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the service; (e) share your account credentials with others.

The service requires a compatible device with a stable internet connection. Minimum requirements: 10 Mbps for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K streaming. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets compatibility requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

All content provided through our service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service. Redistribution, rebroadcasting, or recording of content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Nordix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our services are intended for use within Canada and may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is legal in your location. We reserve the right to restrict access to the service in certain regions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to arbitration in Canada and waive any right to participate in class actions.
