Refund Policy
Our IPTV services provide immediate digital access upon activation. Due to this, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the irreversible nature of digital services.
Refund Eligibility
Billing Errors: Full refunds for incorrect charges caused by our error. Unresolved Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical disruptions that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered. This excludes issues related to your hardware, incompatible devices, or ISP problems. 7-Day Trial Cancellation: You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase. A 20% processing fee will be deducted. Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside this 7-day window. Note: Refunds are not issued for incompatibility if a trial (free or paid) was available and not used.
How to Request a Refund
First, contact our support team for troubleshooting. Email hello@nordix.tv with the subject "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]." Include: Your full name, account email, plan and order number, a clear issue description with steps you've tried, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Subscription & Cancellations
Cancel your subscription anytime through your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Fraud & Policy Integrity
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected fraud, account misuse, or policy abuse. Actions like sharing credentials or initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may lead to permanent suspension without reimbursement.
