How to Set Up Nordix IPTV

Step 1: Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources"

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon at top right)
  2. Select My Fire TV (or Device on older models)
  3. Select Developer Options
  4. Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources
  5. If asked, select Turn On

Can't see Developer Options? Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About, then click on your device name 7 times quickly.

Step 2: Install the Downloader app

  1. Go to Search (magnifying glass)
  2. Type Downloader
  3. Select the Downloader app (orange icon)
  4. Click Download or Get
  5. Wait for installation, then click Open

Step 3: Enter the download code

  1. Open the Downloader app
  2. Allow any permissions it asks for
  3. Enter the code in the Home tab: 6402995
  4. Press Go
  5. The app file will begin downloading

Backup codes: 923441, 1171959, 815778 — try each if the main code doesn't work

Step 4: Install the app

  1. Once download finishes, click Install
  2. Wait 10-15 seconds for installation
  3. When it says "App installed", click Open

If you see "blocked by Play Protect", tap "Install Anyway" — this is normal for sideloaded apps.

Step 5: Send your MAC & Key to us on WhatsApp

  1. When you open the app for the first time, you'll see your MAC address and Key
  2. Take a screenshot (press Home + Select on your remote)
  3. Send the screenshot to us on WhatsApp
  4. We'll activate your device within minutes

Step 6: Wait 2 minutes, then reopen

  1. After we confirm activation, fully close the app
  2. Wait 2 minutes to let everything sync up
  3. Reopen the app
  4. Your 47,000+ channels should now load!

Troubleshooting

Download code not working?

Try backup codes: 923441, 1171959, 815778. Make sure you're entering in the Home tab, not Browser tab.

No channels showing?

Make sure we confirmed your activation. Force close the app: Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > [App Name] > Force Stop, then reopen.

Buffering or freezing?

Check your speed: 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Use ethernet instead of WiFi when possible. Restart your router and Firestick.

App asking for payment?

Do not pay through the app. Your subscription is through Nordix. Make sure you sent us your MAC & Key and we confirmed activation.
